A credit card is not required to activate your VA license. VA’s Human Capital Services Center provides LinkedIn Learning licenses to all VA employees at no cost to the individual. If you have a personal LinkedIn account, you will have the option to connect it after your license has been activated. Use your VA email address to activate your account. To get started, click the Activate License button.
Contractors, health professions trainees, without compensation appointees and volunteers are not eligible to activate a license at this time.
